wyler

My name is Rosy, and you might remember me from last week, but this isn’t about me. It’s about my friend, Wyler.

I met her when she first came into the kennel. She was very afraid, and I felt very bad for her. She told me no one had really paid any attention to her, so she is shy and doesn’t know how much to trust people. I told her not to be afraid because she is safe now; no one was going to hurt her here.

Wyler is a female Rottweiler; she is just a young girl only about 1 year old. She needs a home that will spend of time with her, show her lots of love and give her some gentle but firm training. Wyler will make someone a very nice companion; she is smart and very pretty, and she just needs the right person in her life to love her.

If you would like more information on Wyler, please contact Pauline at 989-785-3463, or come visit her at the Sheriff's Dept.

October is Adopt-a-Shelter-Dog month, but before you adopt, do some research on the breed you are adopting.   They all have different requirements or traits, so make sure it’s a breed that will fit into your lifestyle. Even mixed breeds will have the characteristics of the breeds with which  it’s mixed.

Please remember to spay and neuter your pets.   If you have a cat that needs to be done, there is a mobile cat clinic coming to Hillman on October 14th.   To make reservations, call 989-786-5139.   Vaccinations and mico-chipping for both dogs and cats will also be offered at this clinic.
