Scooby Boo
BOO! I hope I didn’t scare you. I just wanted to get your attention; my name is Scooby Boo, and I am a male Beagle. Actually, I don’t think I could scare anyone because I am too cute and like people too much, and it all shows.
If anyone knows Beagles, they know that when the nose drops to the ground we go deaf. You could call and call and cal,l and we won’t hear you. We have one thing on our minds, and that’s to follow our nose, and this usually gets us into trouble if we aren’t in a fenced yard or on the end of a leash. So that’s what happened to me-- my nose got the best of me, and now I am here at the Sheriff's kennel being called a stray, but I am safe here. I am allowed to sniff around a lot, but a fence stops me from wandering off and getting into more trouble. I love to play and have lots of toys to play with thanks to all the very generous people that donate toys so we dogs don’t get bored while we stay here. Oh, and blankets to keep us warm-- can’t forget how wonderfully warm they keep us. Thank you!I need to mention that I am a young adult, would do well in a home with kids or without. Beagles are very good-natured, and I certainly live up to that reputation. I am still under my stray hold but that doesn’t mean you can’t come meet me. I might be the little friend you have been looking for.
