My name is Moose, I’m a very large Labrador Retriever and think that’s is how I got my name. I might be mixed with something else but we will never know and to be honest I don’t really care – I’m one handsome dog so isn’t that enough? I was a stray, running around chasing girl dogs until I was brought to the shelter. I am now fixed and I don’t seem to care so much about girl dogs anymore and think my new passion in life is tennis balls; the shelter keeps many on hand just for me! I just don’t ever get tired of running after those balls. The people here at the shelter have been working with me, trying to teach me some manners and to walk on a leash better. I’m learning more and more everyday but will need a new family that will continue to teach me to always have good manners. I keep my kennel very clean, I don’t do my potty business in my kennel, I always wait for them to come let me out, sometimes I think I won’t make it but I always do. I would like a family that is active so I can have lots of fun, I would also like a home with a fence so I can get out and chase balls and have a good time without getting into trouble again. I hope someone comes to meet me, I might be a Moose but I’m a big lover boy just wanting a new chance. I have all my shots, I’ve been micro chipped and of course I’ve been fixed so I am ready and willing to move out of here and into my new home.
