Hi, hi, hi, my name is Jo-Dee; I am a Border Collie that came in as a stray. When I first got here, they told me not to worry: “Jo-Dee, your family will be quick to come look for you.”Aafter all, I had all the signs of having a home; nice coat with no mats, well fed (a bit too much they said), and a collar (sadly no tags). Day after day, I wait at the front of my kennel, but no one comes for me. Now they tell me, “Jo-Dee, we waited long enough; it’s time we found you another home”, so here I am as Pet of the Week. I am a very good girl and know some commands. They believe I could be housebroken. I love, love, love to play with people, toys, balls and other dogs. They say Border Collies are the smartest dogs ever, and I will try to live up to that reputation. We also have the reputation of being very active, and I won’t fail you in that department either. I love activity and work. Teach me what you want me to do, and I will do it. I am a quick learner, and my whole goal in life is to please my guardian. If I am the kind of dog that would fit into your life, please come visit me at the Sheriff's Dept. I will be waiting at the front of my kennel. Call Pauline at 989-785-3463 if you have more questions about me.
