PET OF THE WEEK--May 5, 2008
Hi Everyone! My name is DJ and I’m staying at the Sheriff’s Department but only until I find myself a new home. You see, I didn’t plan on ending up here, I was just running around having fun - minding my own business when I got picked up and brought here. I was sad and confused because I didn’t think I was doing anything wrong. I waited and waited for my owner to come get me but they never did. So, now I have to look for a new family - or maybe I should say a new family has to come look for me because I’m not supposed to be out running around; that’s what got me into this mess in the first place. I’m really a nice guy, I love everyone that comes to visit, and I’m very handsome and very smart too, you could teach me just about anything. I wish that me and all my dog friends get new homes real soon as it’s getting pretty crowded here. I would more than happy to give up my kennel for another newcomer, just come and get me outta here!
