Corky

How do I rate being the pet of the week again? I must be pretty darn special. Just in case you don't remember me, I am Corky, the Beagle Mix. I am older but not a senior, and please forgive my picture, it's not the best of me, but it's the best I have right now. Come see me in person, and you can see for yourself how handsome I am.

Not much has happened here since the last time I talked to you-- same old routine here at the kennel, not much to do for entertainment except eat, sleep bark at all those pesky squirrels that hang out in our trees and wait for that Easter bunny I have been hearing so much about, must be one special rabbit. We are all very glad that spring is right around the corner, ready to shed our winter coats and become sleek and shiny for the summer. I haven't lost any weight since I have been here, still my chubby pudgy self, but more than willing to do some work outs with you, maybe some long walks to burn some of this off. I am ready and willing. Even though I don't have a real home, I try to keep my spirits up and stay my happy self, but I sure would be way happier if I had a home to call my own. You can visit me at the Sheriff's Department or call Pauline at 785-3463 for more information.

Pauline wanted me to remind everyone how important it is to get your pets spayed or neutered; if you need help getting this done and your pet is 45 pounds or over, give Linda a call at 785-3325 and she will help you get this done. We could use some Pedigree food as we are running very low and maybe some crunchy bone treats (those are my most favorite)
